Donal joined Esat Digifone as a member of the technical team responsible for the rollout of the network throughout Ireland. He then joined Digicel and spent 10 years in the Carribbean and Central America working in various roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Since his return to Ireland, Donal has been involved in developing and investing in a number of businesses spanning technology, property, financial services, media, hospitality and utilities both in Ireland and internationally through his investment platform, Kilcullen Kapital Partners, of which he is a 50% shareholder. He is Co- Chairman of Kilcullen Investment Management.
Donal became Chairman of Cignal following its acquisition of the telecommunication assets of Coillte Telecoms in 2015.
Donal has a professional background in Business Administration, Start-ups, Acquisition Integration, Engineering and Management. He is a Professional Chartered Engineer with both Engineers Ireland and the Institute of Civil Engineers in the UK. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.

Colin commenced his career in Esat Digifone where he worked in the technical department supporting the successful rollout of the GSM network throughout Ireland. Colin then co-founded and became the CEO of Vilicom, a company providing technical consultancy and property management services to the telecoms industry both in Ireland and overseas markets including UK, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Dubai, the Caribbean, and India.
As CEO of Vilicom Colin spearheaded the successful delivery of some of Ireland’s largest shared distributed antenna systems in venues such as the Dundrum Town centre and the Dublin Port Tunnel. These projects were delivered through a business unit ‘iProperty’ which was later sold to Shared Access in 2008.
In 2010, Colin commenced a consultancy role with Coillte to develop and deliver a strategy for their Telecoms business which essentially established the basis for the sale of this business to InfraVia Partners in 2015.
Colin has a wealth of experience managing Telecom Infrastructure portfolios including Coillte Telecoms and the Office of Public Works (OPW), and in the provision of Towers, Distributed Antenna Systems and Fibre solutions within the industry.
Colin holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University.
